Well first off I stumbled upon this web site while I was looking for help for myself and my family. To tell you the truth I wanted to lie and try to write the biggest sob story to try to get some financial help. Then I thought about it a little more. My job is to do mortgage applications for a very reputable mortgage company. I started to think about how I could fix my financial problems and realized the best way for me to fix them is to help others fix theirs. By helping people with their financial needs such as refinance or purchase I make money. It's a great proccess and I'm not sure what took me so long to realize how I could change my finances.
So here it is. This blog is for anyone and everyone that has any questions about refinance options. I don't even mean reafinance options with my company but just any type of questions about refinancing your home. I know a lot about the mortgage business, as I have been doing this for 8 years and I hope that this blog will be able to aid in helping other get out of trouble with their mortgages.
My number one piece of advice is this.........
DON'T WAIT UNTIL IT'S TOO LATE!!!!
If you want to lower your mortgage payments and think that you might start to get into money problems if you don't, then you need to act now. Do not wait until it's too late. The Government has many programs out there to help you, many of which don't even need to check your credit or income for approvals. But the one thing that all of these programs have is a requirement that you are not late on your payments. So once again.....
DON'T WAIT UNTIL IT'S TOO LATE!!!!!!!!
That being said, don't hesitate to ask ANY questions about loans, homes, or credit in general.
